Sharing Positive Feedback
Providing positive feedback is a great way to acknowledge what’s working well. It helps build confidence, strengthen relationships, and reinforce effective support. Clients are encouraged to share moments when something went well—whether it's a breakthrough in a session, success with a new strategy, or simply feeling heard and supported. Celebrating these wins helps everyone stay motivated and focused on progress.

You are more than welcome to provide feedback using the same methods mentioned in the paragraph above but the "Complaints" page provides further information and other avenues to provide feedback.​
