The practitioner behind Thoughtful Psychology
Hannah is a registered psychologist/advanced behaviour support practitioner operating from Springfield QLD. She listens to her clients and works with them and their supports to achieve therapy goals, leading to improved health and wellbeing. She operates from a person-centred/integrative framework, providing a unique therapy journey for each client. To offer a high-quality service, Hannah works with the client’s care team while keeping the client at the centre.

She has experience working with children and adults, both as a psychologist and behaviour support practitioner. Her experience working in the NDIS has led her to have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals (regardless of their reason for services), and individuals with a cognitive impairment or psychosocial disability. Her experience has also led to a passion for supporting those caring for others. She adapts her service to suit the needs of the client so that they experience an environment where they feel free to be themselves.

Hannah also supports clients experiencing lows in life or who are just finding life challenging. Regardless of the reason for services, she operates from a trauma-informed approach, as she recognises many people have experienced trauma.
